AI, Your TikTok Content Machine
The goal of this chapter
Walk away with a concrete routine: paste 4 prompts into an AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), and come out with 30 ideas, hooks, scripts and a plan. You keep creative control; AI does the heavy, repetitive lifting.
Golden rule: AI gives you the raw material. You add your true story, your tone, your lived examples. A video that "smells like AI" doesn't break through.
The secret of a good prompt: give context
Before each prompt, paste this context block (write it once, reuse everywhere):
CONTEXT (paste before every request):
- My niche: [topic] for [audience]
- My goal: [e.g. get my first 1000 followers]
- My tone: [e.g. fun, direct, casual, slightly sarcastic]
- My 3 formats: [quick tip / common mistake / before-after]
- What I do NOT want: jargon, long sentences, corporate tone
Prompt 1 — 30 video ideas (anti blank page)
[paste your CONTEXT block]
Generate 30 TikTok video ideas, 10 per format.
For each idea give: (1) the angle in 1 sentence, (2) the opening hook,
(3) why someone would send it to a friend.
Format: table. No generic ideas, be ultra concrete.
Prompt 2 — 10 hooks for one idea
[paste your CONTEXT block]
For the idea "[YOUR IDEA]", write 10 first-second hooks.
Vary: warning, counter-intuitive, quantified result,
"that's me" question, open loop.
Max 10 words each. Rank from most gripping to least.
Prompt 3 — The full script
[paste your CONTEXT block]
Write the script of a 20s video about "[TOPIC]".
Break it into: HOOK (0-1s), PROMISE (1-3s), CONTENT, CTA.
Add shots in brackets [screen close-up], [on-screen text: ...].
Spoken language, short sentences, fast pace. End with a CTA that
makes people want to follow for more.
Prompt 4 — Repurpose 1 video into 5
Here's the text of my video that performed: [PASTE].
Turn it into: (1) 3 angles for "sequel" videos,
(2) a "common mistake" version of the same topic,
(3) a caption with a question that drives comments,
(4) a 4-episode series idea.
Keep my tone.
Prompt 5 — Analyze my stats and tell me what to do
Here are my last 10 videos [paste: topic, views, % completion, shares, followers gained].
1. What do my 3 best have in common?
2. What's dragging down my 3 worst?
3. Give me 5 concrete ideas for next week, based on what works.
The 3 mistakes to avoid with AI
| Mistake | Fix |
|---|---|
| Publishing the AI's raw text | Rewrite it in your voice, out loud |
| Asking "make me a viral video" | Give context + a precise format |
| Trusting numbers the AI invents | Verify any fact/stat cited |
Your weekly routine in 1 hour (timed)
| Step | Time | Tool |
|---|---|---|
| Generate 30 ideas (Prompt 1) | 5 min | AI |
| Choose 5 ideas for the week | 5 min | you |
| Generate hooks + scripts (P2, P3) | 15 min | AI |
| Film the 5 videos back to back | 25 min | phone |
| Edit + schedule | 10 min | TikTok app |
"Batching" (filming everything at once) is the secret of consistent creators. 1 hour on Sunday = 5 videos for the week.
Exercise: produce your week now
- Write your CONTEXT block.
- Run Prompt 1, choose 5 ideas.
- Generate hooks + scripts.
- Block 30 min to film it all.
Summary
AI is your content machine: a reusable context block + 5 ready-to-paste prompts (30 ideas, hooks, script, repurposing, stats analysis) give you all your material in minutes. But you stay the voice: rewrite out loud, add your true stories, verify facts. Adopt the "batch" 1-hour routine to produce 5 videos at once. In the final core chapter, we turn your views into concrete results (loyal followers, then money).
